“The sheer uncertainty that the lockdown brought in its wake has rendered us vulnerable to stress and anxiety. In times of such distress, more and more people began seeking professional help in March 2020 as the lockdown hit the entire Nation,” says Ruchi Goshar.

That’s when a few of my family members, friends, and relatives started approaching me with their concerns. And, what better than being able to help people when they are faced with a crisis?

Ruchi Goshar – My Story

Having studied Entrepreneurship in my Master’s course and the practical application, I decided to offer mental well-being services, laying the foundation of my ARTZLLING. This company offers mental well-being services- from counseling, Arts-Based Therapy, and Mindfulness to Consultancy, Self Care Training, Signature Analysis, Handwriting Analysis, Drawing Analysis, Graphotherapy, Aromatherapy, plant therapy, and various other therapies. These modalities are customized and curated as per the need of an individual.

This journey, no doubt, has been a roller coaster ride. Each day is about innovations and risks.

I was pushed to move out of my comfort zone, but isn’t that exactly how the inspirational Priyanka Chopra has had made herself known to the world and created a legacy?

Working on something that is considered a stigma in society is never easy. But my parents have been the most significant source of motivation throughout, and so have my friends. I was always offered the freedom to follow my passion. From my guide Mr. Mahendra G Chheda to Mr. Basesh Gala and Mrs. Minal Gada – they have always helped me with their insights, guidance, and beautiful ideas.

The past eight years have been about spreading awareness, and I am glad to have saved numerous lives from getting ruined.

For us, mental health professionals, the month of May is significant, for we celebrate it as the mental health awareness month. This May 2021, I posted self-care practical tips on Miss Malini’s Facebook group (Malini Agarwal) called Girl Tribe by Miss Malini. I had planned for 30 days and posted 30 tips; Per day, one tip. Miss Malini herself, having benefited from my tips, promoted my work and sent me a personal invitation after my complete background research to join the Girl Tribe App and share those tips so I could add value to everyone’s life in tough times.

Appreciations started pouring in as everyone started applying those tips and could find a difference in their lives. It got me to achieve my Girl Boss Special Spotlight feature in Miss Malini’s Girl Tribe App, my most significant achievement.

Helping others heal is genuinely my passion. My vision is to create a happy and vibrant life for everyone. My goal is to help people achieve an optimistic, serene, peaceful, and harmonious life, both personally and professionally.

Let’s help each other in these challenging times and let people know that it is ok to have mental health problems. What is not ok, however, is to refrain from seeking help.

After all, we only get better as a society when we care for each other and not just blindly run behind individual fame.”
