Aarti Sachdeva is a Delhi University Graduate and was working as an employee in the corporate sector. Her life was just like a regular corporate sector employee, who goes to the office, has discussions with teammates, conducts meetings, and delivers the desired outcome within a target period.
One day while working in her office, she had a striking thought. She thought about why is she spending her time at a corporate job when she could do something much more creative? Throughout her corporate career, one thing was pervasive: a feeling of guilt inside her. This guilt was of not spending enough time with her newborn because of her demanding job. During her office hours, she had to leave her baby, due to which, somewhere inside her, satisfaction was lacking. She wanted to spend more time with her baby and take care of her. And for this, change was a must.
Soon enough, Aarti acknowledged the burning fire inside her for a change. After realizing it, she chose to bring the change to action within no time. Her mother and her husband were constantly there to support her and motivate her through her decisions. When she shared this thought of change with both of them, they were eager to help her realize the necessary change. With their help and the self-confidence acquired over eight years of serving a worldwide corporate like Tata Consultancy Services and EXL Technologies, Aarti took the risk of quitting her job to pursue her dream.

After several conflicting thoughts, Aarti decided to start a business solution to monitor other businesses and help them grow. Reflecting, Aarti says that her regular corporate job started seeming monotonous to her after an initial phase of excitement. She realized that she wanted to grow. She always wanted to be financially independent, and that too, along with fulfilling all other responsibilities she had for her family, kids, and herself.
Her biggest challenge was her initial unawareness about what to start and how to start. But then, she found the solution in the form of her first big client through her website. Soon after this, she gathered more clients – that too even without approaching anyone!
She also says that her goal was to be independent and help other female entrepreneurs accelerate their business growth with a robust digital presence.
